Club Rules
- Respect and Courtesy: Treat all members with respect and courtesy. Constructive criticism is encouraged, but personal attacks or disrespectful comments will not be tolerated.
- Original Work: Only share your own original photographs. Plagiarism or unauthorized use of others' work is strictly prohibited.
- Categories: Photos should be categorized appropriately into Sky, Land, or Sea. Ensure your submissions fit the theme of the category.
- Copyright and Usage: By submitting photos, you grant the club permission to use your images for promotional purposes, with proper credit given to the photographer.
- No Offensive Content: Do not post photos that contain offensive, inappropriate, or explicit content. This includes but is not limited to violence, nudity, and hate speech.
- Privacy: Respect the privacy of other members. Do not share personal information or photos of individuals without their consent.
- Have Fun: Enjoy the process of sharing and discussing photography. This club is a place to learn, grow, and be inspired by the beauty of the sky, land, and sea.
Monthly Photo Contest Rules
Participate in the monthly contest by submitting your best photo in each category. Winners will be chosen based on creativity, composition, and adherence to the theme.
- Eligibility: All members of the Visual Visionaries Photo Club are eligible to participate in the monthly photo contest.
- Categories: Photos must be submitted in one of the three categories: Sky, Land, or Sea.
- Submission Period: Photos must be submitted by the last day of the previous month to be eligible for the current month's contest.
- Voting Period: Voting starts on the first day of the month and ends on the last day of the month. Members can vote for their favorite photo in each category.
- Photo Requirements: Photos must be original and taken by the member submitting them. They should fit the theme of the category and adhere to the club's content guidelines (no offensive or inappropriate content).
- Copyright and Usage: By submitting a photo, members grant the club permission to use the image for promotional purposes, with proper credit given to the photographer.
- Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on the first day of the following month. The winning photo in each category will be featured on our homepage, in the club's Winner's Gallery, and on social media channels.
- Disqualification: Photos that do not adhere to the rules or are found to be plagiarized will be disqualified from the contest.
